The world needs what you do
And you deserve to win
The key is collaborative strategy workshops
What it looks like in practice
1.
We define your goals
We work together to define your vision, goals, and problems you need to solve
2.
We design a workshop
One that fits your needs, using tried-and-true techniques I’ve learned over the past 17 years.
3.
We conduct the workshop!
Remote or in-person, with pizza or salad, we are going to have fun and get st*ff DONE
4.
I deliver a summary
We close with a clearly defined strategy, plans for action, road maps, requirements, and solid decision alignment. Ambiguity is replaced with the confidence to move forward.
What you can expect during a workshop;
Framing choices – letting go of what you’re not choosing, to make room for what you do choose
Challenging your own logic and assumptions in a psychologically safe environment
Feelings of ambiguity about the risk of commitment (without being able to predict every aspect of the future)
Truth about what’s not working right now, and what it’s costing you
Being brave and sharing what you know that others on your team may not – we might even call it your unique genius!
A collective “dropping of the guard” to make room for playful creativity (my favorite part!)
Imagining what does not yet exist
Collaborative world-buildingGiving form to ideas by exploring what needs to be true for them to thrive in reality

Common Workshop Misconceptions
“But we’ve tried workshops and they’re awful”
Workshops are often viewed as the “fluff” that starts off client engagements and makes everyone “feel good.” However, if conducted correctly, workshops can completely replace the endless meeting cycles we have accepted as fact, and create a comprehensive “genius gathering” rarely possible in other formats. They form structure for hard conversations and getting to decisive results.
“Can you help us even if you don’t work in our industry or have prior experience with our product?”
I have successfully facilitated workshops as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies in industries I had never even heard of before. I provided immense value because I follow a framework and a set of principles that bring out the value in YOU and YOUR TEAM. I am not here to have all of the answers. I am here to elicit the Collaborative Genius that can occur when we truly work together. It already exists in your community, team, and client base, who are dreaming of a more purposeful, impactful life.
